*if you’re either; self-isolating; or have COVID-19 symptoms – we’re afraid we’re unable to see you face-to-face, but we’re happy to advise over the phone or by telehealth online consult. Similarly if you have received a letter saying you’re vulnerable, we suggest you give us a call as we will need to risk assess with you to ensure the best route possible to get you out of pain. In the majority of people who are clinically extremely vulnerable, a telehealth appointment might be a more appropriate option for you, prior to receiving the COVID-19 vaccination.
The information below, should answer the majority of your questions, however, if not, please feel free to contact us and we will discuss things with you. It is a complex issue, and we are following guidelines set by our governing bodies General Osteopathic Council, The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, British Acupuncture Council and Society of Chiropody and Podiatry., in order to keep everyone, staff and patients, as safe as possible.
If you are unsure whether your symptoms fit the criteria for a face to face appointment; then please call us on 01480 455221 to discuss it with a member of the team, or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
We have strict guidelines to follow, to ensure that we all keep as safe as possible, especially as the virus variant has created the need for Lockdown 3.0.
