What To Expect Before Your Visit
The guidelines state that all NEW patients must be seen 'virtually' prior to any face to face appointment. So once your appointment has been booked one of our experienced team of practitioners will make contact. This can be a telephone or a video appointment.
When your appointment is made you will receive two emails from us via our new system `Jane App` The first one is a 'Welcome' email asking you to set up your account, the second email will ask you to fill out a new health form and sign consents, including a COVID -19 consent form. I'm aware that it might be a nuisance, but as we are opening with our new system we have made the decision to update your details. Please remember for those of you making appointments that in order to still continue to receive our monthly newsletters you will need to tick the "receive news and special promotions by email" box when you fill in the consent form.
Any patient coming in will have to be screened for Coronavirus symptoms prior to their appointment. We will do this in part when your practitioner makes telephone / video contact and then two hours before your appointment you will receive a further short COVID-19 screening questionnaire to be completed prior to the appointment. All you have to do is to complete it and press the submit button! We're aware some of you may find this a little daunting but I promise it is for your and our safety.
