Patrick has a BSc (Hons) Degree in Podiatric Medicine from the University of Northampton, which is widely recognized as one of the leading establishments in Podiatric Biomechanics and Podopaediatrics (Children's foot problems).
He is registered with the HCPC and is a member of the College of Podiatry.
Patrick has a broad range of knowledge in all areas of Podiatry including Diabetes, Dermatology, Rheumatology, children’s foot problems and gait abnormalities. He spent many years as a Senior Podiatrist for the NHS where he specialised in Musculoskeletal Podiatry, Nail Surgery and treating High risk patient groups.
Here at the Centre Patrick provides general foot care including the cutting and drilling of nails, reduction of corns and callus, Verruca treatment, Nail Surgery for ingrowing toe nails plus foot assessment and monitoring for Diabetic patients. He is able to assess foot posture and gait and prescribe insoles and Orthotics for patients with foot, knee, hip and low back pain as well as repetitive sports injuries.
Away from work, Patrick has many interests including keeping fit by running and cycling and he is a keen walker and enjoys Photography. He has a family, two dogs and a large garden which take up any remaining spare time.
