NLP - What is it?
The physical components as well as the mental and emotional components of our nervous system
Linguistics pertains to the language that you use, and more specifically, how you communicate with others and more importantly, how you communicate with yourself
Perceiving your mind as your internal operating system, Programming is the way our past experiences, thoughts and emotions affect all areas of our lives
How does it work?
NLP provides practical ways for you to change the way you think, view past events and approach your life. Think of it as pressing ‘Factory Reset’ on how you think and how you view things which have happened in your past. It helps you to get off the hamster wheel of unhelpful, negative thoughts and emotions and decision that limit you and allows you to think about and focus on your future life in a new way.
NLP works on the philosophy that your thoughts and beliefs affect your quality of life. So if you challenge your thoughts and beliefs you can change your outcome. NLP teaches you techniques on how to change your own mindset.
NLP believes that we all have the ability to change and that we all have the resources that we need to make that change.
NLP can help individuals with challenges large and small in life, whether they are to overcome problems or increase your performance. NLP can help you change or eliminate behaviours as you desire. It can help you to change, mental, emotional and physical state. By using NLP techniques it can also help you to communicate more effectively with those around you family, close friends to business colleagues and even yourself. It allows you to access powerful internal resources to let you get your life back and get the results you want.

Time Line Therapy®
Time Line Therapy ® is perhaps the most ‘heavy duty’ of all the NLP therapeutic tools and one which can transform peoples lives.
How does it work?
Time Line Therapy® works on the belief that your timeline of memory stored in your mind, shapes and structures your experience of the world which then shapes your personality.
The Time Line Therapy® is the process whereby each client has the undeniable experience of letting go of all negative emotions associated with past events so that you can look back on any event in your life without the corresponding pain by allowing you to work at the mind’s unconscious level and release the effects of past negative experiences.
The method works to tap into negative patterns of emotions, beliefs, and behaviours, which operate on auto-pilot, and allows you to shift outdated programming in minutes rather than days, months or years.
This tool allows you to gain emotional control over your life without raking up the past.
It allows you to press the reset button on damaging interpersonal emotional reactions like:
bursts of anger
long periods of apathy
inappropriate sadness and grief
Similarly Time Line Therapy® also smashes through common limiting decisions which keep you separated from your highest quality of life such as:

As an NLP Master Practitioner I am interested in ‘how’ you think, not ‘what’ you think. NLP allows you to gain emotional control over your life, to release past negative emotions and limiting decisions.

For me as an osteopath…… I already work through the central nervous system to improve your physical well being, and reduce physical pain but now to have learnt these techniques enables me to work with your nervous system and unconscious mind on a mental emotional level to allow you to get mind clarity and therefore improve your quality of life and end mental and emotional suffering
